If your computer is misbehaving please bring the machine into the shop so that we can log the problem in preparation for our engineers to work on your machine.

Usually our engineering turnaround is about 4-5 working days.  If you are in a rush and need the problem resolved more urgently we can excallate the repair to recieve our "Gold Service" ensuring your machine is the next machine in the engineers queue

Engineering charges for pc/notebook repairs are £57 per hour with most repairs being completed within two hours.
